The White House website has a page devoted to the Constitution.
If you keep reading, you will get to the section on the Bill of Rights…. Where the 2nd amendment is clearly listed as follows:
“ The Second Amendment gives citizens the right to bear arms.“
Awesome! I guess keeping them isn’t a right… Just bearing them, you know, like having an armed police force — the Constitution guarantees the right that if the government gives somebody a gun they are allowed to use it! If course, keeping them yourself would be silly and something not intended by the forefathers. Clearly a typo or oversight, but, still tremendously funny for the moment.

That is so horrible. I would not be so sure it is a typo.
The way that is written is at extreme odds with the rational behind the Bill of Rights and the text of the 2A and it stinks of an anti-gun agenda. Once again it seems that someone needs to have the BoR and the constitution explained to them. This country was founded on the idea that as humans we are born with innate rights that can not be taken away. As such, the BoR does not grant any rights to the people, it specifically restricts the government and the laws it can create. It amazes me how quickly people will discard their inalienable rights under the false assumption that doing so will make like better or safer. History has clearly shown that doing so always leads to worse situations.
