That is so horrible.  I would not be so sure it is a typo.

The way that is written is at extreme odds with the rational behind the Bill of Rights and the text of the 2A and it stinks of an anti-gun agenda.  Once again it seems that someone needs to have the BoR and the constitution explained to them.  This country was founded on the idea that as humans we are born with innate rights that can not be taken away.  As such, the BoR does not grant any rights to the people, it specifically restricts the government and the laws it can create.  It amazes me how quickly people will discard their inalienable rights under the false assumption that doing so will make like better or safer.  History has clearly shown that doing so always leads to worse situations.</description>
